Do you offer refunds?
I do not offer refunds on digital work or custom work. I do offer refunds for artwork so long as the art is undamaged. I can help cover your shipping costs.
Rules:
Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
I cannot be held responsible for an item being damaged or lost during shipment. If this should occur please notify me so that we can do my best to resolve the problem.
Where did you study?
I am a self taught artist.
Why are my artwork colors not exactly like the screen?
Please note that colors often vary from screen to screen. The colors of artworks may appear different when physically in front of you.
How long does custom work take to create?
The time is subject by the size of art and medium used. Please contact me with further details and I can give you an estimate on the amount of time it will take to complete.
Will you do free work?
On occasion I will donate a piece of work to a charity. If you have one in mind, please contact me.
Do you teach art?
I do! I charge $25.00 per private lesson. Lessons are typically one hour a week and paid in full monthly. Please contact me if you wish to pursue lessons. My virtual lessons through Google Meet.
